Jobs it handles well
- Invoices and bills. Read, checked and sent for approval. Anything that doesn't add up is flagged before anyone pays it.
- Other paperwork with right answers. Purchase orders, delivery slips, timesheets, lease terms, insurance certificates and expense receipts.
- Bookings, waivers and reminders. Customers book and sign online, and confirmations and reminders go out on their own.
- Customer questions. A chat assistant that answers from your live information and hands off to staff when it should.
- Routine reports. The same numbers pulled together in the same format every time, ready for you to check.
Example: invoices checked three times
For a property group's accounts team, every invoice is read by three separate AI readers. The numbers are trusted only when all three agree to the cent. If they don't, the invoice goes to a person with the differences highlighted, so they check one line instead of the whole page.
A person approves every payment, larger amounts go to more senior approvers, and every step is recorded. How the triple read works.
Example: a rental shop run by three people
Rundle Bike in Canmore runs peak season with at most three people working at a time. Customers book, pay and sign waivers online, day or night. A chat assistant answers from live availability. Staff check people in at the counter, and reminders and lock codes go out on their own. What we automated, and what stayed human.
Example: a dealer network with less manual work
Evan helped us streamline our dealer management process and build a payment portal using AI-powered tools. He understood the challenges of managing a dealer network and came up with practical solutions that reduced manual work and made our operations much more efficient. Great to work with someone who understands both technology and business needs.

How the work stays right
- It checks itself. Second reads and comparisons against the source document are built in, so mistakes surface instead of slipping through.
- It never fills a gap with made-up data. If something is missing or unclear, it stops and asks a person.
- People sign off on what matters. Payments, promises to customers and anything unusual go to someone on your team.
What it costs
A fixed price for the build, agreed before I start, with no hourly billing. Running costs are usually small: the AI itself often costs cents to a few dollars per task. Where the money actually goes.
Questions
Do I have to change my software?
Usually not. I work inside the systems you already use, or run the work on mine and send you the results.
What about confidential data?
We decide up front what data can leave your systems, if any. When it can't, I work inside your systems. I follow your policies and never reuse or publish client material.
Where should I start?
With the job that eats the most hours each week. Describe it in a few sentences and I'll tell you whether AI is a good fit, what I'd build and a fixed price.
